A MILESTONE occurred in late 2008, whereby an amazing series of coincidences led to London's freshest sound.

JIM was the deep-thinking ideas man. Bass in hand, he roamed the cities in search of the elusive fifth string. Creating original riffs and songs was to him, as natural as breathing. Only, he was breathing hard.

PAUL was the emotion-driven keyboardist/songwriter, traveling and playing wherever he could. His endless motion propelled him to new and exiting lands. His keys are the key to his heart.

NICK was the technical guru. Creating art through six-stringed sound. His fingers - paintbrushes, and his guitar the canvas. Looking for those who could compliment his creativity with an axe, he swung away.

ANDREA was the beat. Short, sharp and concise. He moved around to an aggressive pulse, echoing through his head, reverberating through his nerves, and being released through his hands. Creating a divine noise.

MATT was the voice, from the heavens it would seem. In a desperate attempt to escape from his sorry existence in the Air Force he jumped from the plane at 10,000 feet, directly over London. But the jump didn't go as planned, and when he crash landed smack in the middle of four strangers he broke his leg and let out an almighty scream. At that exact point in time, the strangers - Jim, Paul, Nick and Andrea, were mere meters from one another and without knowing it, all reacted to Matt's scream instantaneously. 'WOAH!'

And that ladies and gents, was the birth of MILESTONE.
