Terms and Conditions:
 
- The Bands profile is online to ALL, we have no control over the viewing of the profiles and who enquires on your profile.
- The Band is responsible for all bookings made via email or phone, failure to respond gives you and the agency a bad name. You must respond promptly to all enquires.
 
 
- The Agency expects profile updates, including biography, pic's and latest gigs.
- The Agency isn't responsible for any money, damage, loss of equipment, accidents or "no show" or any negative event caused by the Band travelling or being at the booked event. You must behave and continue to help push the reputation of the Agency.
- The Agency expects the Band to promote the Agency is a positive way by using the Logo, posting events or website details in other websites and helping with the overall spread of the company.
- The Agency CAN remove, amend and add ANY information on the profiles including layout content, images, styles etc to protect the Agency and who it hosts.
- The Agency WILL remove any Bands who are running there own business in the same category, i.e. Dj Agency, Band Agency and also if found to be passing information (bookings) on to other Bands not listed with us:
- The Agency reserves the right to remove any Bands who breaches any of the above conditions or puts Bands-For-Hire.com name into any negative position, if your not sure contact the Admin.
